SECURITY:

Cuanthom Productions, LLC, TEN – The Enthusiast Network, LLC, Promoters, Sponsors, Affiliates, Venue and Staff assume no responsibility or liability of any theft or damage of vendor property, including display-related items. For overnight and show hours, security will be provided, yet this does not insure that theft or damage may not occur. Entrant assumes all responsibility regarding vendor property during this event.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

It is distinctly understood and agreed that in no case shall Cuanthom Productions, llc, TEN – The Enthusiast Network, llc, Promoters, Sponsors, Affiliates, Venue and Staff be held responsible for any actual or consequential loss, damage, theft or injury of any character to any person, vehicle or articles during move in, move out or during show hours. Vendor must reimburse the management for any damage to the floor, walls or equipment in the space or spaces leased to the vendor except that which may be expected during normal use.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE:

Cuanthom Productions, llc, TEN – The Enthusiast Network, llc reserves the right to photograph, videotape, film or reproduce in any medium, any entry in the 2019 Low Rider Miami Super Car Show, for any future use, no compensation to entry owner, participant or spectator. Upon entering the event, the entrant surrenders all claims. I Hereby authorize my likeness and image to be used by Cuanthom Productions, llc, TEN – The Enthusiast Network, LLC for any future use to further promote Cuanthom Productions, llc, TEN – The Enthusiast Network, LLC or 2020 Low Rider Miami Car Show.

Sales:

Sale of Food and Beverages, Liquor, Drug Paraphernalia, Pornography, Tobacco, Toy guns or Weapons is not allowed. Cuanthom Productions, llc reserves the right to close any vendor selling these items. Cuanthom Productions, llc, TEN – The Enthusiast Network, llc it’s sponsors, participants, and affiliates assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising out of the Venders acts or omissions during move in, the 2020 Miami Lowrider Car show or Move out.
