JUDGES WILL DETERMINE CLASSIFICATION

Approval:

 All entries subject to approval by staff. Cuanthom Productions, llc TEN-THE ENTHUASIAST NETWORK reserves the right to refuse any entry deemed inappropriate. Indoor space is subject to approval and availability. Participant Vehicles must be in place by 10AM on show day. Vehicles and displays can’t be removed from buildings until after completion of show (April 26, 2020 8pm) 

Security:

 Cuanthom Productions,llc it’s affiliates, sponsors and facility assume no responsibility or liability of theft or damage to your vehicle or entry, including display or related items. For overnight & show hours security will be provided, this does not insure that theft or damage may not occur. Entrant assumes all responsibility regarding your entry during this event.

Safety:

 All fire regulations must be followed to the letter or the entrant will be disqualified and banned from future events. All gas caps must be taped closed, batteries must be disconnected and terminal posts taped. Gas level must be under a quarter tank. No entrant can start engine in any way during show hours, including hydraulics. Entrants will be responsible and liable for any damage occurred from movement & engine start up. Entries are not to be moved until notified to do so by Cuanthom Productions staff... All vehicle owners must use extreme caution during move in and move out. No excessive use of hydraulics, revving of engines, etc. Any rule violation, even if occurred after award ceremony can lead to disqualification of award. No consumption of alcohol. No illegal  weapons, No illegal drugs.

Photography/Video Release:

 Cuanthom Productions reserves the right to photograph, videotape, film or reproduce in any medium, any entry in Car Show for any future use, any no compensation to entry owner, participant or spectator. Upon entering the event, the entrant surrenders all claims.

I hereby authorize my likeness and image to be used by Cuanthom Productions for any future use to further promote Lowrider Car Show, TEN: The Enthusiast Network, LLC or any d.b.a. used by Cuanthom Productions,llc

LIABILITY:

 By signing this application, entrant for and on behalf of himself/herself and his/her respective heirs, companies, partnerships, corporations, consultants, agents, advisors, fiduciaries, management personnel, executors, personal representatives, administrators, insurers, trustee, successors, assigns, switchmen and all owners and operators of the car, truck, van, bike and/or motorcycle (collectively, “Vehicle”) entered hereunder (collectively, the “Indemnifying Party”) agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cuanthom Productions,llc, TEN - THE ENTHUASIAST NETWORK llc., it subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions and its and their respective present, former and future officers, directors, shareholders, board members, management personnel, consultants, advisors, predecessors, parents, representatives, servants, holding companies, employees, attorneys, agents, contractors, subcontractors, representatives, insurers, fiduciaries, successors and assigns including, but not limited to, Cuanthom Productions, llc, LOWRIDER EVENTS, LOWRIDER MAGAZINE,TEN - THE ENTHUASIAST NETWORK llc, all event sponsors and owners and operators of the event facility (collective, the “Indemnified Party”) from and against any and all damages, claims, liabilities, judgments, fines, penalties, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) and losses (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or in connection with (a) a breach by the Indemnifying Party of any rule, regulation, requirement, term, warranty, covenant, representation or condition contained in this application and/or in the 2019 Official Rules and (b) damage to tangible personal property, for personal injury and/or death proximately caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Indemnifying Party. The Indemnifying Party further agrees to accept any and all responsibility and liability for the risk of loss, damage, destruction and injury (including death) to his/her person, the Vehicle, displays and all other personal property and related items belonging to him/her and/or which are in his/her care, custody, possession or control before, during and after the show and hereby fully and voluntarily assumes all such risks and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, releases the Indemnified Party from any and all Claims arising out of or in connection therewith. Entrant further acknowledges, affirms and represents that he/she has obtained any and all necessary insurance ,consents, waivers, releases and authorizations required to execute and enter into this application on behalf of and bind each and every Indemnifying Party hereto. This application shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to or application of principles of choice of law. In any proceeding arising from or related to the enforcement and/or interpretation of this Application, the Indemnified Party as prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs, which includes reasonable attorneys’ fees, against the non-prevailing party. No modification, alteration, waiver or change in any of the terms of this Application shall be valid or binding upon the Indemnified Party unless made in writing and duly executed by the Indemnified Party from whom a waiver is sought. The provisions of this Application shall be severable, and if any of them are held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary to cure such invalidity. The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision shall not affect any other.

It is distinctly understood and agreed that in no case shall Cuanthom Productions,llc, or sponsors or any organization involved with the show, be held responsible for any actual or consequential loss, damage, theft or injury of any character to any person, vehicle or article during, before and/or after the Car Show Hours. Entrants are responsible for any damage to the floor, walls or equipment made in the space or spaces leased to him, except that which may be expected in normal use.

 I will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the facility, and will accept the Official Judges in determination of the winners.

Failure to comply with any of the above regulations will result in disqualification.

 I understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

As an entrant in the Cuanthom Productions, llc,  TEN - THE ENTHUASIAST NETWORK,  llc, I hereby agree to the above stipulations and rules and regulations of this application set forth and understand my responsibilities. Participant responsibility

to inform all person involved in their booth and/or car club  of rules and regulation.

All vehicles and all persons subject to search by security and Miami Dade police (MDPD) before entry. No weapons, drugs or animals (exception of service)

No reentry without credentials and secondary screening. No outside alcohol, drinks, water or food allowed on fairgrounds.

20 x 20 spaces​ require submission of photos of vehicle & of display booth set up. To pre qualify must be a past winner at a (LRM) LowRider Magazine sanctioned show qualifier or Finals. Elaborate setups also require electric service.
